Gurjit S. Bedi.
Gurjit is a Founding Partner Representative of Axis Arbor Partners. With 17 years of capital and advisory experience, Gurjit has a long-standing track record of advising a series of notable founders and global sponsors on their financing needs. He was previously a Managing Partner at Marlborough Partners and a founding member with over a decade at the firm. Gurjit has a deep, multi-faceted track record of advising and leading a series of complex European, cross-border and North American financings and is widely recognised as a trusted thought partner by many of his clients. Having qualified as an engineer from Imperial College, he started his career at Houlihan Lokey in London, focusing on capital advisory, financial restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions
David Parker
David is a Co-Founding Partner Representative of Axis Arbor Partners. He has a 24 year capital and advisory track record, previously as a founder and Managing Partner at Marlborough Partners as well as further senior roles at Houlihan Lokey. He has an unparalleled track record spanning multiple market cycles and has led numerous groundbreaking direct lending, capital markets and restructuring assignments. Alongside his advisory track record, he also has extensive private credit buyside investing experience and sell side leveraged and structured finance exposure from roles at both CIBC World Markets and The Royal Bank of Scotland
Holly Bott
Holly is a Partner and a founding member of Axis Arbor Partners. She has 12 years’ capital advisory and leveraged finance banking experience, spanning a broad range of private equity, founder-backed and corporate transactions in small, mid and large cap markets across Europe and the US. Prior to joining Axis Arbor, she was a Director at Marlborough Partners. In her early career, she held various positions within the Leveraged Finance division at Barclays
Jochem Bron
Jochem is a Managing Director and founding member of Axis Arbor Partners. He has a broad range of experience, having worked on >70 successful debt advisory mandates, supporting private equity sponsors, founders and management teams throughout the financing lifecycle of their (portfolio) companies from initial growth or acquisition financing to post IPO facilities across Europe and the US. He was previously a Director at Marlborough Partners, and started his career in the leveraged finance department of NIBC Bank in The Hague
Ibrahim Abdelhalim
Ibrahim is an Executive Director and founding team member of Axis Arbor Partners. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) having begun his career at EY’s audit practice. He latterly moved to EY’s debt advisory team, following which he spent one year at Marlborough Partners. In total he has advised in over 30 completed financing mandates covering multiple sectors and product offerings ranging from leveraged finance, growth finance, corporate issuances, ABL’s and bond restructuring
Thomas Krom
Thomas is a Vice President at Axis Arbor Partners. He started his career within leveraged finance, first at NIBC Bank before moving to the mid-market team of ING. Prior to joining Axis Arbor he was a Vice President at DC Advisory and Marlborough Partners. His experience has been focused on a wide variety of advisory mandates including acquisition financings, refinancings, and capital markets transactions
Rubén de Cuba
Rubén is a Vice President at Axis Arbor Partners. Since the start of his career in 2017, he has been focused on credit. Previously, he worked at the debt advisory department of Kempen & Co, where he advised on a wide range of transactions including acquisition financings, development financings, refinancings and recapitalisations. He has also held roles in leveraged finance and asset management
Patrick Lindsay
Patrick is an Associate at Axis Arbor Partners. He started his career at Bank of America in 2017 in credit structuring and underwriting focussed on coverage of German corporates, before moving shortly to UK&I corporate banking. His experience has been focussed on acquisition financing, debt and ratings advisory, and coverage for capital markets and treasury products
Pietro Rocco di Torrepadula
Pietro is an Associate at Axis Arbor Partners. He started his career at Tikehau Capital in direct lending, focusing on mid-market transactions including acquisition financings, refinancings, and incremental facilities. Pietro holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University as well as an MSc in Financial Analysis from London Business School
Jonathan Blain
Jonathan is an Analyst at Axis Arbor Partners. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) within BDO's audit practice, Jonathan latterly moved into their debt advisory team, following which he spent time in Teneo's special situations M&A team. Jonathan has advised on a range of transaction types including acquisition financing, refinancings and M&A. Jonathan holds a BSc in Economics from Newcastle University
Ben Snell
Ben is an Analyst at Axis Arbor Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Director at Metrics Credit Partners in Sydney, with experience in making private credit and equity investments in mid-market companies across Australia and New Zealand. He started his career in corporate banking at Westpac in Australia. Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide
